All prices are a based on how many man hours the job will take. We charge a very fair hourly rate… and of course we are happy to fix quote. After 20 years of being one of the Gold Coasts leading Window and Glass cleaners, our quoting experience is always accurate, true and fair.

The customer pays for solid productive working man hours only. Our invoicing and time keeping is transparent and honest. Open communication with the customer is very important. Always when working, we keep a solid pace, our heads are down at all times. We never charge for break times.

When quoting the main factor is always the level of dirt to be cleaned and the amount of glass to be cleaned. Also, how we access the glass. Our ladder work procedures follow best practice WPH &S. We may use a pole to wash and squeegee the glass or we may use our waterfed pole set up. Safety is always paramount. We usually always vacuum and detail the tracks and frames.

The following jobs tend to take extra time:

Louvers, pool fence and balustrade, colonial glass, very dirty frames, dirty security and flyscreens, builders debris i.e paint, render, grout, silicone, tape, concrete, window tinting, scratchy glass, difficult or dangerous access, moving furniture, flyscreen removal, window locks, stubborn blinds etc
